Dorothy Endres LPN, MPA

Dorothy Endres has been involved in the insurance and health care arena for over 30 years. She has held executive management positions at several health related major corporations in Michigan. She started her own Insurance Agency, specializing in Medicare Supplement insurance when it became apparent that this insurance was badly needed and poorly understood.

Her nursing background allows her to help individuals and agents in determining the best coverage when structuring a policy and will be in direct communication with underwriters when medical issues require cooperative discussions. This background also enables her to analyze insurance products and policies to insure the client is buying a solid policy from a solid carrier.

She is a resource on Medicare Supplement insurance and other Seniors' insurance products for professionals, and is able to offer them in-depth analysis of products and policies when requested. Her updates on these types of insurance helps them avoid the pitfalls of representing poorly-rated carriers or promoting less than the highest quality coverage.

Dorothy is a graduate of the Western Michigan University Master of Public Administration program with a concentration in Health Care Administration and has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a Health Care concentration from Nazareth College. She is a licensed nurse and a licensed health, life and accident insurance agent. Dorothy is involved in many community activities and programs which represent seniors.

When time permits Dorothy’s passion is gardening and financial investments.

Charles E. Endres, CPIA

As an independent agent, “Charley” has access to a wide array of products and he spends his time reviewing generous benefits and cost effective plans to suit his clients’ needs.

Charley joined the Endres Insurance Agency a few years ago to team with his mother Dorothy. He follows her philosophy about educating people and helping them choose the best insurance plan for their needs, rather than pushing the same product on everybody. He works very closely with clients to match their need to their budget, and offers excellent information to help them effectively structure their coverage.

Charley coaches little league for his three boys, and is constantly adding to his insurance designations.
